Students in our district have access to Chromebooks and iPads and sometimes PC devices. These are all managed by the district Technology Department. Students either log onto devices with their district Google account or Office 365 accounts. With student iPads there is no log-in. Whenever teachers and students use a tool that requires the sharing of any personal information, we must be aware of privacy and security issues with the Freedom of Information and Privacy Protection Act (FOIPPA) and have yearly parental consent.
