The purpose of this program is to build on your knowledge and skills to recognize, prevent, and manage crisis behaviours using a person-centered and trauma informed approach. Participants MUST attend both sessions to attain certification. Session 1 - Saturday, May 9 from 8:30-12:30 Session 2 - Friday, May 15 from 8:30-3:00 Sessions take place at Mission Hill Elementary School. Snacks and coffee will be provided on Saturday, May 9. Coffee, lunch and snacks will be provided on Friday, May 15.
