CPI Training - Recertification

The purpose of this program is to build on your knowledge and skills to recognize, prevent, and manage crisis behaviours using person-centred and trauma-informed approaches. This is a recertification, and only staff with active CPI certification should register (or those whose certification has expired for less than 30 days). Participants must attend both days to achieve certification. Please note that this is a multi day session, taking place on the following dates: Oct-21-2026, Oct-22-2026. You will receive a calendar invite for the first date, and will need to add the remaining dates to your calendar yourself.
