The purpose of this program is to build on your knowledge and skills to recognize, prevent, and manage crisis behaviours using person-centred and trauma-informed approaches. This is a recertification, and only staff with active CPI certification should register (or those whose certification has expired for less than 30 days). Participants must attend both days to achieve certification.
