This program is an introduction to crisis prevention that emphasizes early intervention and nonphysical methods for preventing or managing disruptive behavior. Strategies to deal with the complex students in your schools will be included as well as Personal Safety techniques and team restraints. The certification is valid for two years. There is an online component that must be completed prior to the in person session and will take approximately 2 hours to complete.
