Reggio Inspired Practice: Developing Your Atelier supports the ‘Connecting Learning and Teaching Practices’ section of the new Learning in the Primary Years document. Facilitated by Liz McCaw, a Reggio Inspired nature teacher and consultant in Nanaimo, BC, this session will focus on creating a dedicated art space in your classroom. Emphasizing process learning, collaborative art, and self-directed play, it will cover what art materials to purchase, how to introduce them, and how to organize and create a gallery wall. Participants will also receive a Google document with highlights, links, and a recommended reading list.
