What does it mean to be Deaf or hard of hearing (DHH)? This workshop will go over understanding the unique and diverse needs for DHH learners and how to support them. Delve into some of the challenges that DHH learner’s face from a DHH perspective and what tools can you add to your tool box to help them. Supports include technology management (how to clean, connect hearing aids), strategies to ensure student’s have access to information, and strategies to support building language and vocabulary.
